Integration guides in Apivom Atlas: Apollo · ZoomInfo · FullEnrich · Lusha · Clay
Fill the gaps in every contact with the data provider you already pay for.
One Enrich action on a contact in Apivom Iris looks up the missing work email, phone number, job title and LinkedIn profile through your own Apollo, ZoomInfo, FullEnrich, Lusha and Clay account. Your subscription, your credits, your data.

From tab-hopping to one action.
Contacts arrive half empty: a name from a business card, a company from an event list. Finding the rest usually means leaving the CRM, searching in a data provider's own app and pasting the answer back.
- Open the provider's app in another tab
- Search by name and company again
- Copy the email, phone and title by hand
- Paste them into the contact record
- Hope nobody overwrote a field that was already right
Slow, easy to get wrong, and the lookup is gone as soon as the tab closes.
- Open the contact and choose Enrich
- Pick your provider by name
- Iris sends what it already knows about the contact
- Only empty fields are filled
- The provider's raw answer stays on the contact
Existing values are never overwritten, and every lookup stays traceable on the record.
Your account
You use the provider's own subscription, API key and credits. Nothing is bought through Apivom.
Your data stays put
Only blank fields are filled; whatever your team already entered is left alone.
Your choice
The Enrich menu lists each provider by name, so you decide which one to ask for each contact.
The fields your team keeps chasing.
Each field is filled only when it is empty on the contact and your provider returns a value.
Work email
Saved as the contact's email address when that field is empty.
Phone number
Saved as the contact's phone number when that field is empty.
Job title
Saved as the contact's job title when the field is blank.
Location
City, region and country, saved to the contact's address when it is blank.
LinkedIn profile
The profile URL is added to the contact's social links when none is set, with providers that return it.
Source record
The provider's raw answer is stored on the contact with the time it was fetched, so every value can be traced.
Five steps from a half-empty contact to a complete one.
Connect your account
An administrator adds your provider's API credentials on the Iris integration credentials page. They are stored encrypted in your tenant.
Open a contact
Choose Enrich on any contact record.
Pick a provider
The menu lists each provider by name, for example Via Apollo. The form opens pre-filled with the contact's name, e-mail and LinkedIn URL.
Sharpen the match
Add the company name or domain if you have it, then run the lookup.
Review the result
Empty fields are filled and the provider's raw answer is saved on the contact with the time it was fetched.
From your provider account to the contact record.
Apivom Atlas sits in the middle as a stateless gateway: it forwards your request to the provider and stores no credentials.
- Credentials encrypted in your tenant
- Request built from the contact
- Fills empty fields only
- Forwards your call to the provider
- Stores no credentials
- Hands the provider's answer back to Iris
- Apollo, ZoomInfo, FullEnrich, Lusha and Clay
- The provider's own terms and pricing apply
One Enrich menu, your pick of provider.
What you supply and what comes back depends on the provider. This is how each one behaves in Iris today.
Apollo
Needs at least a name, an e-mail or a LinkedIn URL; company name and domain sharpen the match. Answers right away. Fills job title, location, LinkedIn URL, e-mail and phone when returned, and keeps headline, seniority and department on the contact. A lookup with no match is reported and nothing is saved.
ZoomInfo
Looks a person up by e-mail, LinkedIn URL, or first and last name, with a company name when you have one. Answers right away. Fills job title, location, LinkedIn URL, e-mail and phone, and keeps management level, company name, website and industry on the contact. Connects with your ZoomInfo client ID and client secret.
FullEnrich
Works from a LinkedIn URL, or a first and last name with a company name or domain. Requests work e-mails and phone numbers; the answer arrives a little later through a signed callback instead of on the same screen. When it arrives, Iris fills the blanks: e-mail, phone and, if returned, job title and location.
Lusha
Finds a person by e-mail, LinkedIn URL, or first and last name, with a company when you have one, and reveals e-mails and phone numbers in the same request. Fills job title, location, LinkedIn URL, e-mail and phone, and keeps department, seniority and company details on the contact.
Clay
Runs a routine from your own Clay workspace for the contact, so the fields that come back are the ones you built it to return. Iris reads job title, LinkedIn URL, e-mail and phone from the result when present and stores the full answer on the contact. It waits about 25 seconds for the routine, then asks you to retry shortly.
Bring your own provider account.
Your subscription
You need an active account with each provider you connect. Apivom does not sell or resell their data.
Your credits
The provider meters and bills the account you connect, under its own terms. Apivom adds no per-lookup fee for these providers.
Your credentials
Stored encrypted in your Iris tenant. The Atlas gateway in between stores no credentials.
Coverage, freshness and accuracy of the data are the provider's own. Apivom connects your account to your CRM; it does not create, verify or guarantee what comes back.
Clear about what it does, and what it does not.
Blank fields only
Enrich never overwrites a value that is already on the contact. To replace a value, clear it first.
One provider per lookup
Each run asks one provider. Run Enrich again with another provider if the first finds no match.
Results depend on your plan
What comes back depends on the provider's coverage and on your plan with it. A person the provider does not know returns no match.
Some answers take a moment
Most providers answer on the same screen. FullEnrich answers later through a callback, so its fields appear shortly after you run it.
Questions about contact enrichment
Which data enrichment providers does Iris support?
Iris connects to Apollo, ZoomInfo, FullEnrich, Lusha and Clay, each through your own account. They appear by name in the Enrich menu on a contact. The same menu offers a LinkedIn PDF import for profiles you already have as a file.
Does Apivom sell enrichment data?
No. Apivom does not sell or resell data from any of these providers. You bring your own subscription and credits with each provider, and the provider's own terms and pricing apply.
Where are my provider credentials stored?
In your Iris tenant, encrypted. The Atlas gateway that forwards the request stores no credentials.
Will Enrich overwrite what my team already entered?
No. Iris fills only fields that are empty on the contact. Existing values stay as they are.
What do I need to look a contact up?
It depends on the provider. Apollo needs at least a name, an e-mail or a LinkedIn URL. ZoomInfo needs an e-mail, a LinkedIn URL, or a first and last name. FullEnrich needs a LinkedIn URL, or a first and last name with a company name or domain. A company name or domain sharpens the match where the provider uses it.
Can I use these providers from my own applications?
Today the providers are connected through Apivom Iris. The Atlas integration guides list the routes the gateway supports; connecting them to your own applications is scoped per customer, so tell us the use case and we plan it with you.
