Apivom provides a B2B Customer Success Platform designed to maximize Customer Lifetime Value (CLV). Our platform includes:

• Vital - Content & Engagement Management
• Orbit - Behavior Analytics
• Mind - Marketing Automation
• Staff - AI-Powered Workflow Automation

4. User Accounts

4.1 Registration

You must register for an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.

4.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscription Plans

5.1 Plan Types

We offer three subscription tiers: Starter, Professional, and Enterprise. Each plan includes different features and pricing.

5.2 Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

5.3 Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the services
• Upload malicious code or content
• Resell or redistribute access to the services
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Property

All intellectual property rights in the services, including software, designs, and content, belong to Apivom or our licensors.

7.2 Your Data

You retain all rights to data you upload to our platform. You grant us a license to use this data solely to provide the services.

8. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the services complies with applicable data protection laws.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and use it only for purposes related to these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Apivom harmless from any claims arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

12. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

13.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or non-payment.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the services ends. We may retain your data for a reasonable period for legal compliance.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
