Essential cookies

Required for the site to function — session continuity, CSRF protection, language preference, consent state. Cannot be disabled. No third parties involved.

Analytics cookies (Apivom Opus)

First-party analytics that we self-host inside our own infrastructure. We measure page views, traffic sources, and aggregated behaviour to improve content. IPs are anonymised; no cross-site tracking; no third-party SaaS receives your data.

Customer data platform (Apivom Orbit)

When you submit a form or log in, Apivom Orbit (our self-hosted CDP) records the event so we can serve you correctly across email, support, and product. Tied to consent — opt-out at any time via the preferences below.

Marketing cookies

Only set if you explicitly consent. Used to measure campaign effectiveness via Apivom Mars (our self-hosted email automation). Never shared with ad networks. Declined by default — you must opt in.

What cookies are and why we use them

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They let the site remember things like your language preference, whether you're logged in, or what you've already consented to.

Apivom uses cookies for three honest reasons: (1) to make the site work — sessions, security, language; (2) to understand which pages help our visitors so we can write better ones; (3) to connect form submissions to the right follow-up email or sales conversation. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles, sell data, or share your behaviour with any third-party SaaS vendor.

Every analytics and CDP tool we use — Apivom Opus, Apivom Orbit, Apivom Mars — is open-source and runs on our own infrastructure. Your behaviour data never leaves our tenant.

Your choices and your rights

You are always in control:

Adjust consent: most browsers let you block or delete cookies entirely via Settings → Privacy. You can also clear our cookies from your device at any time.
Opt-out of analytics: contact privacy@apivom.com and we will exclude your visitor profile from Apivom Opus and Apivom Orbit.
Request your data: under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, port, or delete any personal data we hold. Email privacy@apivom.com and we respond within one calendar month.
Withdraw consent: equally easy as giving it — one email and your records are removed from marketing automation.

Blocking essential cookies will break basic site functionality (you will not be able to log in or submit forms). Blocking analytics or marketing cookies will not affect what you see on the public site.
