Six principles we test every decision against.
We are a remote/hybrid team based in Dubai and Türkiye. We default to async-first communication, with English as our working language so every teammate participates on equal footing.
Documentation is a first-class artifact. Architecture decisions, roadmaps, runbooks, and customer commitments live in the open. The roadmap you are reading right now is the same one our engineers ship from.
Ownership culture. Small teams build, ship, and operate the same code — no hand-offs. If something breaks in production at 02:00, the person closest to it owns the fix and the post-mortem.
Equal opportunity. We evaluate candidates on the strength of their work and how they collaborate. We do not factor in nationality, gender, age, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or parental status.
No discrimination. Harassment and discriminatory behavior have no place at Apivom — whether toward teammates, candidates, customers, or partners. Reports go directly to the founders and are taken seriously.
