IrisOne connects directly to Autodesk PWS and synchronizes Accounts, Subscriptions & Licenses, Opportunities, the full Product Catalogue, Customer Insights (V1 & V2), and Usage Reports. Data is refreshed continuously so your platform always reflects the current state.
Who is IrisOne designed for?
IrisOne is designed exclusively for Autodesk Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and Channel Partners. It addresses the specific operational challenges that emerged from the transition to subscription-based licensing in the Autodesk ecosystem.
How quickly can we get started?
Most partners are operational within days. There is no complex migration — IrisOne connects to your existing Autodesk CSN and starts synchronizing data immediately. Your team can begin using the platform as soon as the initial sync completes.
What is the difference between Starter, Pro, and Premium plans?
Starter (5 users, top 50 customers) covers core data, basic reporting, and Kanban pipeline. Pro (20 users, top 1,000 customers) adds inquiries, advanced reporting, Partner Rewards calculation, activity management, and RBAC. Premium (50 users, unlimited customers) includes everything in Pro plus SSO, custom development, workflow automations, and 24/7 WhatsApp support.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the change takes effect immediately. If you need to downgrade, changes take effect at the next billing cycle. All your data is preserved when switching plans.
Do you support monthly billing?
Starter and Pro plans offer both monthly and annual billing. Annual billing saves 10%. Premium is available with annual billing only.
What is the Autodesk Partner Rewards Program integration?
Available in Pro and Premium plans, this feature automatically factors in the 5% Autodesk transaction fee and variable RPI rebates when you generate quotes. You see your true net profitability before sending a quote to the customer.
Does IrisOne integrate with our existing CRM or ERP?
Premium plan includes CRM/ERP integration as part of the Custom development package. Pro customers can request integration as an add-on. IrisOne also provides standard data export formats for manual integration workflows.
How does the WhatsApp integration work?
All plans include internal WhatsApp notifications for team alerts. Pro and Premium plans add template management, contact management, and external customer notifications. Activity follow-ups are automatically sent to the responsible team member via WhatsApp.

Is my data secure?
Yes. IrisOne uses Role-Based Access Control (Pro/Premium), supports SSO via your own Identity Provider using OIDC (Premium), and provides internal/external viewer roles to control data visibility. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
