Getting Started with Apivom Iris

Apivom Iris is a sales-led product. After your demo, the Apivom team provisions a tenant for your organisation and creates the first administrator account. There is no self-service sign-up.

You receive a welcome email containing your tenant URL and instructions to set your initial password through Apivom Key (the platform identity provider).

1. Open the tenant URL provided in your welcome email.
2. You are redirected to Apivom Key — enter your email and the temporary password.
3. Set a permanent password (minimum length and complexity enforced by Apivom Key).
4. If multi-factor authentication is enabled on your tenant, complete the second factor setup.
5. You land on the Iris dashboard.

The default workspace shows: Companies, Contacts, Opportunities, and Quotes. Your administrator can configure additional modules and integrations during onboarding.
